Today's ever-changing world of real estate requires that buyers and sellers work with a well-trained, ethical, licensed and insured professional who understands the challenges and pitfalls of the market.
My commitment to providing outstanding customer service includes abiding by The Golden Rule and Realtor Code of Ethics. Please take a moment to read what my customers have to say about my real estate services by visiting the Testimonial page of this website. I strive to exceed expectations and feedback from my customers is important to me--it should be important to you, too, as a prospective home buyer or seller.
A real estate professional in the South Gulf Beaches area since 2003, I firmly believe that education is an important key to success and should be a lifelong pursuit. I have an advanced designation as a GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute) and an advanced license as a Broker Associate. In February 2010, I completed coursework to become a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFC). Additionally, I have been nominated by my peers in the Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO) as a finalist for Realtor of the Year and Community Realtor of the Year . . . not just once, but several years in a row.
In May 2009, I earned a BA with High Honors in Creative Writing from Eckerd College and was selected by classmates to offer the welcoming address on behalf of the PEL Program. This proud moment put me on stage with honored guests and graduates, and with the commencement speaker (Steve Forbes of Forbes, Inc., and Forbes Magazine). It was a thrilling day and an awesome experience! In June 2009, I was invited by Pinellas Realtor Organization (our local real estate board), to post blog messages on www.MyPinellas.com. This great website features information about the communities that comprise Pinellas County and our housing market. Please visit the website to learn more about our area and be sure to post a comment on my latest blog post!
